Randell Beck is one of the most sought after residential real estate brokers in Nassau County. Consistently out-performing his peers, Beck has solidified himself as a top producer since entering the real estate business in 1990. He is recognized as a top producer at Daniel Gale|Sotheby’s International Realty. His well-respected reputation in the real estate community has afforded him opportunities across the United States.
Beck’s track record is attributable to his intimate knowledge of real estate markets and superb professional skills. His knowledge combined with his marketing expertise and extensive client base affords him success in all facets of the industry. Beck has been successful in both residential and commercial marketing, as well as property development, Asset Management, and construction.
Such success stems from Beck’s extensive background in real estate sales and operations. Under his supervision as a director at Starrett Corp., the renowned developer saw profit and occupancy increases annually, built new multifamily housing in the Bronx, and redeveloped several properties in the portfolio.
Prior to Starrett, Beck was responsible for the development of Gann Ranch and Onion Creek subdivisions in Austin Texas, Brookside at the Notch in Little Falls, NJ, and Beck’s Baronny Vineyards in Texas. Beck serves as a board member for local charities. His unique mission focus was honed as an officer in US Navy Special Warfare, and provides ample leadership and focus. Beck's "can-do" attitude has resulted in an enviable 100% track record: no listings expired - ever.
A native Texan, Beck graduated from the University of Texas, Austin with a master’s degree in real estate.
Well-known for his dynamic approach to buying and selling properties at the top of the market in record-time, Beck has cultivated a reputation for excellence. Beck has been approached by developers for consultation on project design, launch phase and inventory close-out but his motivation lies far beyond sales. Beck does not see himself as a typical project broker, instead, he is selective in his association insisting that each project align with his philosophy. Prior to committing to a project, Beck must be sold on the relationship with the developer, the builder and the project’s overall design, finish materials, and location. Beck’s successful track record is a direct result of his razor-sharp instincts and market predictions. His commitment to understanding the demographics of the local neighborhood allow him to establish a target audience further maximizing his efforts, resulting in optimal outcomes.
